Personalized Learning Paths

Reflections IAS Academy is the brain- child of an MBBS graduate, Dr. G. VIVEKANANDA who could ace UPSC Civil Services in the year 2014 to become the Asst Director in the Ministry of Defence.

A humble beginning to guide 15 aspirants who approached him for Guidance through Personal Mentorship in the year 2020, post- covid, turned-out to be a remarkable achievement both for Dr. Vivek and Reflections IAS Academy as 7 of them ace UPSC-CSE in 2021.( IAS -2, IPS-3, IFS-1).

Dr. Vivek continued guiding aspirants through Personalized Mentorship in the subsequent year as well, guided 31 aspirants through Personal Mentorship out of which 14 could be successful to ace All India Ranks( IAS-5, IPS-5, IA & AS -1 & IRMS-3) in UPSC-CSE-2022.

It's at this juncture, Dr. Vivek is accompanied by a Proven Academician cum Administrator Sri Ramana Muppalla to make it a full- fledged Academy to offer courses on UPSC-CSE such as Basic Foundation through NCERTs( IAS sethu ), GS- Prelims cum Mains ( IAS super90 ) , GS- Year Long Mentorship ( IAS- gsp Siddhi) etc.

Now Reflections IAS Academy has an excellent team of Faculty, majority of whom are from NEWDELHI.

Besides handling crucial Papers of GS viz. Ethics & Essay, Dr. Vivek also takes classes on Anthropology Optional and guides aspirants through his Personalized Mentorship.
IAS Dheeratha ( Personalized Interview Guidance Program) is one of the flagship Programs of the Academy where in Dr. Vivek gives his invaluable time and personal guidance to each and every Interviewee personally and handholds them to achieve service successfully.
